One of the most important things is to be kind to everybody and have a good time!

Please treat other people kindly. If it’s warm, please make sure that you drink enough water and don’t forget to eat something.

Food and drinks:

Consuming your own foods and drinks are not allowed as we have a catering agreement with the venue. If you are caught consuming foods/drinks that you brought yourself at the venue, you risk being fined.

Food and drinks can be bought at the venue.
If you still want to bring your own food and drinks we highly recommend you to consume them outside of the venue.

If you have a provable medical condition that requires you to bring your own food or drinks (diabetes, severe food allergies, ..) please inform the EDF staff about this!
We will make an exception for you then.

If you fail to communicate this with us and you get caught consuming your own food/drinks you will still be fined.

Photography and filming:

Taking pictures or filming of items is allowed. But please always ask the sellers and/or other visitors for their consent!

Pets:

Pets or other animals are not allowed at the venue.

ATM – cash machine:

There is no atm – cash machine available at the venue.

Please bring a sufficient amount of cash or use the nearby cash machine (4 min walk from the venue).

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside of the venue.

Alcohol and drugs:

The use of alcohol and or drugs is not allowed at the venue.

Commerce/flyering/sampling:

It is not allowed for any individual to sell goods, flyer or sample at the venue or at the parking lot without the consent of the EDF crew.

Identification requirements:

As stated by the Dutch law, any individual has to be able to show a form of valid identification while being present at an event (passport, ID card, driver’s license) at any given time.

This also means that the organisation (EDF) can ask you to show your identification at any given time, but only with a valid reason.

Minimum age:

The recommended age for our event is 16 years.
Younger visitors must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Damage/loss/theft:

The organisation (EDF) and/or its staff cannot be held accountable for the damage, loss or theft of your personal belongings. We also cannot be held accountable for any suffered non-material damage.

Weapons:

Weapons of all kinds (working, non-working, fake) are not allowed at this event.

This rule is binding!
Individuals who break this rule will be removed from the venue.

Appropriate clothing:

You are more than welcome to wear a costume at our event. But please keep it appropriate as we will have minors attending our event.

Baby strollers:

Because of fire risks large baby strollers are not allowed. Small foldable baby strollers are no problem.

Recasts:

The sale of illegal copies is prohibited and punishable as stated by the Dutch law.
If you are in doubt about whether an item is legit, please ask for a CoA (certificate of authentication) and/or the original receipt.
