1. Dealer table, 11:00 – 16.00
For the dealers who can not come to Epic Doll Fair a special table will be put down where they can still sell things. This will only continue if there is enough interest for it. 2. Doll First Aid, 11:00 – 16.00
Does your doll need restringing? Then the Doll First Aid is for you. Because of the popularity of the restringing service, you now need to apply through our email beforehand.

3. Dollsit and Cloakroom, 11:00 – 16.00
At the Dollsit you can safely leave your BJD or other doll. You can also hand over your coats and bags here. This is free of charge and we will take care of your things, but nevertheless leaving your doll or jacket / bag is entirely at your own risk.
4. Food and Drinks, 11:00 – 16.00
There is a restaurant with seating on location. Eating and drinking is only allowed there.
5. Lottery, 11:00 – 15.00
This year we hold a lottery with great prizes both before and during the event. You can order lottery tickets via the ticket page. You can also buy tickets at the event itself. The prize-giving ceremony will take place at 3 o’clock. Prizes can only be collected at the fair itself, unless it concerns a faceup / mod. Take this into account!
5. Photography corner, 11:00 – 16.00
Would you like a nice photo of your doll? And maybe even have it printed on the spot? Then this is possible at the photo corner! With professional lights and camera a photo will be made. In addition, there is also the possibility to have a polaroid photo taken and take it with you. A small contribution for a photo is required.
7. Swapmeet, 14.00 – 15.00
Do you have items you wish to trade? Outside of the hall will be a table for you to display your items. This is not a table to sell your items!
